As a Sales/Account Manager you will be expected to generate new sales leads, execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify needs and sell appropriate services to meet those needs.  Build strong network of contacts and relationship for sales.

Essential Functions

  1. Find prospective clients through networking and proactive industry research.
  2. Identify and research potential prospects.
  3. Call prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a strong customer relationship.
  4. Build a strong understanding of services to appropriately sell the best value to our clients.
  5. Increase sales in respective accounts.
  6. Prepare professional sales information for customers in alignment with our company’s brand.
  7. Strategize, plan, and execute business development.
  8. Expand professional services in the assigned region for sales.
  9. Maintain and grow client relationships.
  10. Introduce solutions and ideas to help clients improve their business performance.
  11. Work effectively in an entrepreneurial environment with a high level of senior management access.
  12. Manage assigned accounts and increase sales in respective accounts, as needed.

Experience/Knowledge in:     

  1. Direct sales experience in selling IT or staffing solutions and services.
  2. Ability to learn to sell technology services and solutions.
  3. A strong local network of clients in the local geography.
  4. Business development experience.
  5. A good understanding of sales related to one or more areas is a plus: Application & Infrastructure Services (along with Microsoft, IBM, or Oracle technology stacks), Mobile, Business Information Management, Testing or Engineering solutions
